Key statistics:
Reach: The number of unique accounts who have seen your content at least once.
This is then split into followers vs non followers and content type.
Impressions: Number of times your content was shown to users (including posts, reels, stories, videos)
Profile visits: The number of people who have viewed your profile
Post insights:
From Hashtags: the number of times your content has been seen as a result of hashtags
From Explore: the number of times your content has been seen from the explore page
Summary:
It is important to pay attention to your content reach as this shows which content is gaining the most views and how many people outside of your existing audience you’re reaching. Reach based off hashtags and explore pages are usually non followers and are both good ways to reach new audiences.
When adapting your strategy you should look at the content that is gaining the most views/ interactions and continue to create content in a similar style as this is what is liked by those in your niche, and will only help drive traffic and engagement to you.
